Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Compensation:

$500.00 - $1,000.00 weekly (average pay)

POSITION DETAILS & TYPICAL DAY:

As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve:

Engaging with customers to share exciting campaign information and connect them with products/services via direct interaction in residential areas Processing payments, including credit and debit transactions Completing applications and following up with customers Finalizing all necessary paperwork Attending daily training meetings to sharpen your skills Working closely with your team to meet monthly goals Promoting client campaigns through direct interaction in residential areas Handling general office duties and addressing customer inquiries Using Android systems for day-to-day tasks

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication skills in English Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor Good verbal and written communication skills Reliable, organized, and punctual Ability to work both independently and with a team Resilient and able to handle customer rejection with grace Quick learner and eager to grow in the role
