CLS Catering Services Ltd. is a joint venture of LSG Sky Chefs and Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd., a leader in airline catering and a provider of integrated services solutions. These include catering, packaged food solutions, convenience retail, airport lounge catering, home delivery and aviation security services. Responsibilities:



Quality and/or quantity inspections of each class meal counts and ensure quantities boarded match invoice. Random samples of meal tray set-ups including Entree's, Crew meals, and Special meals. Organize all airline catering requirement items by flight number in the holding area. Advise Supervisors of any product or equipment shortages that exist. Complete catering requirement "check list" form for each flight number checked. Dispatch flight to transportation Drivers/Loaders to ensure complete flight loaded. Visit Customer aircraft and brief Crew on meal count quantities and locations. Assist Crew with any catering related issues. Assist local Customer ground staff with any catering related issues. Assist Drivers with any loading questions. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



Post-secondary education required. 2 years of customer service experience required. Must be fluent in English. Valid Class G driver's license required. Ability to work in temperature controlled environments for duration of shift. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Basic knowledge on MS Office. Effective problem solving skills. Must be able to work in a cold environment, 0 to 4 degrees. Must be able to lift heavy weight, up to 50 lbs Must be reliable, professional and presentable. Excellent customer relations skills.
