Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and share details about client programs and services
Manage inquiries, reservations, and follow-ups
Process debit/credit payments and complete daily paperwork
Support teammates and help achieve group goals
Attend daily coaching meetings and training sessions
Use Android devices for basic data entry and tracking
