Overview

We're expanding our Mississauga office and looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our customer service team. If you enjoy helping others and want hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, this role offers growth and paid training to get you started.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers and share details about client programs and services Manage inquiries, reservations, and follow-ups Process debit/credit payments and complete daily paperwork Support teammates and help achieve group goals Attend daily coaching meetings and training sessions Use Android devices for basic data entry and tracking
