Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our office. The
Customer Service Representative
is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to Colourific Coatings Ltd.'s team and customers. This role ensures smooth communication between clients, the sales team, and production, while maintaining accurate order processing and documentation. The CSR acts as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing timely, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to help uphold Colourific's reputation for quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing product, order, and service information.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP or order management system.
Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Track and follow up on open orders, backorders, and delivery timelines.
Assist customers with quotes, pricing, product availability, and technical information.
Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner, escalating as necessary.
Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring information is accurate and current.
Support sales and production teams with documentation, reports, and administrative tasks.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding delays, schedule changes, or other updates.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Greet and assist guests visiting the office, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the organization
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all company information
Required skills and qualifications
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in business administration, customer service, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role, preferably in a manufacturing or coatings environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems an asset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a commitment to providing superior customer service
Flexible, adaptable team player who can handle challenges and changes in a dynamic environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
