Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our team and provide critical administrative and service support to our brokers and clients.
Position Overview:
The CSR is responsible for assisting brokers with the back-end processing of personal and/or commercial insurance files. You will support the team by handling documentation, data entry, policy changes, endorsements, and client communications as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and new business documentation.
Review client files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, policy documents, and updates.
Assist brokers with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
Maintain client records in our broker management system.
Provide prompt, professional, and friendly support to both clients and internal team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an insurance support or administrative role (brokerage experience preferred).
Knowledge of personal or commercial insurance products and processes.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Broker Management Systems and Rating Software (e.g., Power Broker, Applied).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
RIBO License is an asset but not required.
