Compensation
A competitive compensation package is on offer, with a base salary of $40,000.

Position Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative - a pivotal role that blends both in-person and virtual client communications. You'll play a key part in managing the customer experience, order taking and assisting customers at the facility.
  • Proven ability to answer telephones, reply to emails and manage Teams calls, all within a call center environment
  • A willingness to be in-office, Monday to Friday
  • Manage customer inquiries, providing research and resolution in a prompt manner
  • Take orders and ensure accuracy in the data presented
  • A social professional who is outgoing and is looking to join a great team environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year+ experience in a customer service setting, ideally in flooring distribution
  • A passion for detail, structure, and getting things right the first time
  • Bilingual (English required; French a plus)
  • Confident communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with a knack for managing competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AS400 experience a plus
  • Bonus - Training in Customer Service or Administrative Services
