Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and hard-working Customer Service Representative to join our veterinary team! As a CSR, you'll play a key role in ensuring every client and patient receives the highest level of care and service.

You will work closely with our veterinarians and registered veterinary technicians (RVTs) to support daily clinic operations, provide outstanding client communication, and help maintain a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities include:



Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client inquiries efficiently and accurately. Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain client records. Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, follow-up care, and appointment reminders. Support the team with general administrative duties and maintain a clean, organized reception area. Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere within the clinic.

Education and Experience:



1+ years of experience in a customer service role (veterinary or medical environment preferred). Cornerstone software experience is an asset. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
