Our client in Mississauga Ontario who is a large delivery solutions provider is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
This position features:
-Salary: $42,000-$46,000/year for unilingual & $48,000/year for Bilingual (applies to candidates who meet bilingual language requirements in English and French).
Benefits after 90-day probation:
-3 weeks vacation
-5 sick days
-Health, Vision, Dental
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Possibility that hours could change to include a Saturday and possible mid day shift (10:00am-6:00pm). Candidates need to be flexible.
Employment Type: 12-14 month contract with the possibility of extension or hire.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience within logistics doing customer service & dealing with client accounts
-Experience with tracking and tracing customer orders is a requirement
-Team player
-Adapt to systems & people
-Handle pressure/deal with irate customers
-Empathetic
-Excellent communication skills
-Ask questions when needed
-Multitasking skills & ability to prioritize tasks
-Computer Savey- email/CRM/internal tracking websites (client will train on this)
Responsibilities:
-Report to Customer Relations Manager
-Come in & check the voicemails
-Take down any voicemails left from customers/clients
-Track and trace orders
-Answer client/customer calls- low volume
-Respond to phone calls and emails from customers to arrange pickups
-Provide excellent customer service to client accounts- accounts are split between the team
-Data entry into the CRM system
-Respond to any inquiries from customers
