Position: Customer Service Representative (Onsite)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and process customer orders accurately to ensure on-time delivery.
Schedule shipments and coordinate logistics with transportation and operations teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
Support the sales team with sample orders and order-related assistance.
Collaborate across departments to improve processes and workflows.
Monitor order statuses, communicate updates, and address issues such as damages or returns.
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
Prepare and process courier shipments as required.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central is an asset.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
