We seek dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our vibrant team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. While no prior experience is required, a passion for customer interaction and a positive demeanor are essential.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve monthly targets.
Attend daily sales and training meetings.
Engage customers, providing information on campaigns, products, and services.
Manage customer inquiries, reservations, and confirmations.
Support team members with in-office and field requirements.
Provide training on sales systems.
Perform general office duties including paperwork and payment processing.
Utilize Android systems for daily tasks.
Daily Activities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your day will involve knocking on the residential doors of potential customers, engaging them, directly assessing their needs, and introducing them to our clients' programs.
