DUTIES:

We are looking to fill three Customer Service Representative positions. Successful candidates will be responsible for sharing all relevant client, campaign, and promotional information with our customers. Representatives will assist customers by answering questions, addressing inquiries, and processing payments. Our systems are Android-based, and candidates will handle both credit card and debit transactions. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented and have a people-focused attitude.

Typical Day:

As a member of our customer service team, you will represent our clients' programs residentially through direct interaction with potential customers. Your role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction while driving program awareness.
