We are seeking three (3) motivated, friendly, and outgoing individuals to join our team as full-time Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires the ability to work Monday to Friday, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. No experience is needed, but a positive attitude and a willingness to help others are important.

Position Details & Typical Day:

Interact with customers to share campaign information and connect them with products/services Process payments, including credit card and debit transactions Complete applications and follow up with customers Finalize all necessary paperwork Attend daily training meetings Work with a team to meet monthly targets Promote client campaigns through direct interaction in residential areas Handle general office duties and customer inquiries Use Android systems for daily tasks

Strong customer service skills and a team player Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor Good verbal and written communication skills Reliable, organized, and punctual Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment Resilient and able to handle customer rejection Quick learner, teachable and with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
