We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Engage in upselling opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry.
Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish when needed.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve customer concerns.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Ability to analyze information quickly and make sound decisions based on customer needs.
Familiarity with data entry processes
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
