Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in store, chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with purchase and any issues that may arise.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing calls efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
Promote products and services through effective communication and sales techniques.
Stocking shelves and keeping store neat and clean
Some pricing and warehouse duties. Heavy lifting is required.
Experience
Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English
Proficiency in cash register and payment collection with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
