Duties:
Responsibilities will include speaking to customers and sharing campaign information with customers/donors and/or connecting them with client products and services, completing applications, processing payments, accepting credit cards, and debit payments, following up, filing and finalizing all paperwork, attending daily sales/training meetings, ability to work with a team and lead them to meet monthly targets, handle all customer inquiries, reservations and confirmations, work closely with members of the team to analyze and address their in-office/in-field needs, train members of staff on sales systems, handle general office duties, and use Andriod Systems.
Typical Day:
As a member of our sales associate team, you will be promoting our clients' programs in residential areas through direct interaction. Your role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction while driving program awareness.
