CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Customer Service Representative
Mississauga, ON

$19.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay

Training will be on days 8:30am-5:00pm
Regular shift will be 9:30am-6:00pm

In this role you will interact with customers to obtain appointments for delivery and provide information in response to products and services.

Temporary to permanent position

Responsibilities

Track and trace freight movement and follow-up with the customer to ensure freight is received and delivered on time
Coordinate pick ups by phone and email
Maintain contact with agents, airlines and stations
Enter shipment data into the system

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of related work experience
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
Knowledge of Canadian geography
Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
Clean criminal record
