• Utilizing the ERP system to quote, process, track & expedite customer orders, verifying for accuracy and supporting requirements for on time delivery
• Actively partners with sales representatives and customers to ensure customers needs are met while achieving organizational goals
• Work with sales representatives as well as customers to ensure all customer pre-order requirements are received to allow for the correct information to process and complete a customer order
• Place outbound calls to customers to encourage re-ordering and encouraging additional or new products
• Working closely with the production department address shipment & delivery inquiries by identifying and supporting appropriate delivery dates
• Liaison with Production Managers to verify equipment specification & functionality

• Provide full Customer Service support and data entry for additional regions/salesmen as needed to augment work load as needed.

Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for?

• A minimum two year degree in business administration or a similar degree is desired
• At least three years of experience in a customer service role in a manufacturing or similar environment
• Strong experience dealing with ERP systems (Syteline is preferred) and must have exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Proven history of identifying customer needs and driving win-win solutions for all parties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills
