Customer Service Representative

Duties



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients or promote new products/services Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems Process transactions such as cash handling and order entries with precision Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer accounts and support documentation Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery

Experience



Previous call center experience or roles involving customer support is preferred Proven ability to handle outbound calling and manage high-volume inquiries Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and typing proficiency Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills Bilingual candidates fluent in English plus additional languages are highly desirable Experience in sales or client services will be considered an asset Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of cash handling procedures is a plus
