Nous recherchons un representant du service client devoue et enthousiaste pour rejoindre notre equipe dynamique. A ce poste, vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos clients et leur offrirez un service et une assistance exceptionnels. Vos principales responsabilites comprendront la reponse aux demandes des clients, la saisie des commandes et la facturation. Vous serez egalement responsable de la gestion administrative et de certaines taches comptables. Le/La candidat(e) ideal(e) possedera d'excellentes competences en communication, un don pour la resolution de problemes et une capacite a gerer ses taches.
Responsabilites
Repondre rapidement aux demandes des clients par telephone et par courriel .
Maitriser la saisie de donnees pour saisir les commandes, facturer et assurer le suivi des expeditions.
Gestion des documents
Collaborer avec les membres de l'equipe pour gerer les excedents de travail.
Assistance au responsable du service client si necessaire.
Qualifications
La maitrise de l'anglais et du francais est requise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.
Excellentes competences en saisie de donnees et souci du detail.
Excellentes aptitudes a la communication et a l'usage du telephone.
Une experience prealable en service client dans le secteur alimentaire est un atout.
Capacite a analyser les besoins des clients et a proposer des solutions sur mesure.
Engagement a offrir un service client exceptionnel dans un environnement dynamique.
Connaissances de la suite Microsoft Office (principalement Excel/Outlook).
Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent ; une experience pertinente est un atout.
