We currently have a vacancy for the position of Customer Service Representative in our Milton office.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be a combination of servicing existing customers as well as signing up new customers. The successful candidate must be willing to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm and thrive in a self-motivated environment.

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of service experience in an insurance brokerage with a focus on personal lines Self-starter with the ability to meet retention goals RIBO License is mandatory Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively Strong attention to detail Prior experience with SIG XP and Compu-Quote an asset #
