Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. was founded in 1993 to provide Foodservice Customers with a fresh alternative. An outstanding supply network, efficient distribution through our three regional locations, and our thoroughly modern processing plant are all part of our commitment to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables possible. We are currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team for the Milton Facility. Description of Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the position of Customer Service Representative has overall responsibility for leadership of all sales related activities within their assigned duties. Along with the rest of the members of the Sales team, is responsible for the overall delivery of Customer quality and service experiences. We provide:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Taking all customer orders by phone, email or fax
  • Data entry, including order processing and other daily procedures
  • Associated paperwork for all orders
  • Managing all customer inquiries and providing prompt responses
  • Managing a multi line phone system
  • Other customer service duties as assigned
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High level of detail and accuracy while working under specific deadlines
