is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Customer Service Representative.

The CSR is an integral part of our team and the main contact for our customers. This position includes, but is not limited to:

Processing orders & order entry

Quoting of custom orders

Maintain quality customer relations using strong interpersonal communication skills

Ensure all customer requests are dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner

Directly service customers via phone & email promptly, efficiently and with courtesy

Work closely with other team members, production manager and owner

Manage daily logistics

Qualifications:

Ability to use Microsoft office / Quickbooks

Excellent attention to detail

Keen listener

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Work well under pressure

Ability to multitask

Job: Full-time or Part-time - 24 to 36 hrs / wk

Wage: $20 to $25 / hr - base on experience

Benefits after 6 months

Transportation required (rural area)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
