Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Manage and resolve tickets on Zendesk (or similar platforms).
Make informed decisions on returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
Identify product issues and communicate feedback to manufacturers.
Suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of customer service processes.
Work independently and manage high volumes of customer interactions effectively.
Gain a thorough understanding of product functionalities and provide troubleshooting guidance to customers.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional personality.
Excellent phone and email etiquette.
Fluent in English (written and spoken), Mandarin is a plus.
Prior customer service experience preferred, especially in e-commerce.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products, tools, and platforms.
