Responsibilities:
Process and track customer orders/pre-orders
Manage emails, phone calls, chats, and social media messages
Create credits and follow up on order changes
Liaise with vendors and internal teams
Support multiple online businesses (training provided)
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Experience in e-commerce or wholesale is an asset
