Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented

Customer Service Representative

to join our growing team. You'll handle customer communication across email, phone, chat, and social media, while processing orders and pre-orders through our inventory system to ensure accurate inventory flow and great customer experiences.

Responsibilities:



Process and track customer orders/pre-orders Manage emails, phone calls, chats, and social media messages Create credits and follow up on order changes Liaise with vendors and internal teams Support multiple online businesses (training provided)

Requirements:



2+ years of customer service experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and reliability Experience in e-commerce or wholesale is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
