Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients regarding insurance policies, claims, and coverage options.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients about insurance products and services.
Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the BMS system.
Collaborate with insurance broker and underwriters to process applications and resolve client requests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- RIBO licensed (or willing to get license)
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Epic trained is an asset
- Experience working on insurance company portals an asset
