Job Description


:We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the IT Software industry, located in Markham, Ontario. This role will involve providing support to clients using our accounting software, answering incoming calls, and logging client issues accurately.Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact point for clients, answering calls, and documenting issues.
  • Efficiently process and log support requests into the CRM system, ensuring detailed descriptions of issues.
  • Maintain the integrity of the customer database.
  • Engage with clients, using interpersonal skills to maintain a professional company image.
  • Remain composed in stressful situations and address client needs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments or offices to expedite issue resolution.
  • Monitor the Procedural Board, sending out reminders when necessary to ensure cases are handled promptly.
  • Check the General Mailbox regularly to log calls and attach necessary documents to cases.
  • Maintain a continuous log of cases as calls come into Support.
  • Use Salesforce platform to manage customer service processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to work flexibly in a team
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Commitment to improving customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
