The Flex Shift team is looking for a Customer Service Representative to meet the different needs of our customers at our partners\' multiple Coscto kiosks.We are looking for people with good interpersonal skills, a good work ethic, and who advocate excellent customer service.Flexi Shift advocates equalitySkills sought:The customer service representative must represent the image of our different brands at all times.Ease of interacting with different customers, good listening and analytical skills in order to respond well to customer needs. This is characterized by knowledge of the products sold, interpersonal skills, sales skills and presentation with customers.Compliance with procedures, guidelines and communication policies are expected.Patience, empathy and good communication skills are required.Autonomy as well as the ability to work in a team is an asset.Good time management is expected.Being comfortable working under pressure when there are several clients as well as having an active work permit for Quebec is essential.Ability to travel in different cities (car, bus) is to your advantage.A capacity to adaptExperience in customer service is an assetSpeaking English and French is an assetHave initiativeList of functions:Assembly and preparation of kiosks before opening.Dismantling of kiosks after closing.Give reports throughout the shift to the resource person.Answer customer questions at all times.Assess customer needs and respond adequately to their needs.Maintain the kiosk in a professional manner (inventory, visual, cleanliness)Coordinate activities with resource peopleMove dynamically into the field to continuously engage with customers and respond to customer needsPerform product presentation tasks (e.g., restocking items, restocking or adding sold out items to floor from inventory, destocking or moving items) in accordance with company/vendor standards.Use vendor technology to support kiosk operations and deliver positive experiences.Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the image of the kiosk.Why choose a job with Flexi Shift?Possibility of working full time, part time or contractual.We have flexible hours that adapt to your needs.Competitive salary.A resource person is always available if you have any questions.
