Job Description

Trubicars Ltd is a leading developer of eLearning driver education courses. We design, develop and host eLearning courses to the other driving schools throughout Ontario.

We are looking for a highly motivated customer service representative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and excellent proficiency in computer operations to join our team at TrubiCars, who will be responsible for a variety of support tasks:

A) Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate staff member; and taking and delivering messages of clients.

B) Monitor incoming emails and reply - send emails to clients for complaint resolution and assistance.

C) Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.

D) Greet clients in a professional manner and provide clients with information and direct them accordingly.

E) Should have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

F) Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

G) High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

H) 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
