Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and address recurring issues. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively. Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially in ARABIC) are highly desirable. Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, with a focus on upselling techniques. Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy while maintaining a positive attitude.
