4 Seasons Home Comfort is seeking to hire a qualified individual for our Customer Service Representative Position. The right applicant will provide and ensure optimal customer service, work in a fast paced environment, be self-motivated, and have knowledge with basic computer programs. Related Post Secondary education and/or previous office experience is an asset. This is a full time position with the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
In this position you will be one of the main point of contacts for our company assisting customers over the phone mainly, in person and online. You will be calling out to customers to ensure they had a positive experience and also assisting with accounts payable/receivable, reporting and working with our Dispatcher to help our customers.
