We are currently looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all inbound calls are answered promptly and professionally Book appointments Record and report service calls Call to confirm appointments Convert warm leads into confirmed appointments Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service background Ability to take thorough notes during calls Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Genuine desire to help people
