We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication and upselling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.

A uniform is provided. Customer Service Representatives are expected to be presentable by following Domino's personal image and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and in person in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products to assist customers in making informed decisions. Strong math skills for handling cash for instore customers. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency. Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed. Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions and upsell relevant products or services. Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ensure adherence to company policies and Alberta Health Services procedures while delivering outstanding customer service. Making quality products, cutting pizzas and preparing orders for delivery or carry-out.

Skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships. Experience in upselling products or services is preferred. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Fluency in English is required. Strong sales acumen with an understanding of phone etiquette to engage customers effectively.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
