Responsibilities

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset) Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills in

French and English

Proficiency in standard office software and experience with CRM systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated analysis skills to identify customer needs. Profil recherche

Diplome d'etudes secondaires (etudes postsecondaires : un atout) Experience en service a la clientele ou dans un poste similaire (un atout) Excellentes habiletes de communication, a l'oral et a l'ecrit, en

francais et en anglais

Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels de bureau (CRM : un atout) Sens de l'organisation, souci du detail et bonnes capacites de resolution de problemes Attitude professionnelle et capacite a evoluer dans un environnement dynamique
