What You'll Do:

Support Clients

- Be their go-to service and support representative

Drive Renewals

- Help clients renew their services, upgrade their devices/plans, and stay connected.

Deliver Amazing Service

- Build trust and loyalty through clear, friendly communication.

Team Up for Success

- Collaborate closely with our sales and support teams to solve issues quickly and efficiently.

Work with Cutting-Edge Tools

- Full training provided -- we'll make sure you have everything you need to succeed.
What You Bring:

1+ year of customer service, or inside sales (wireless/telecom is a bonus!). Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks like a pro. Comfortable learning CRM systems and ticketing systems like Freshdesk. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a love for helping people. Knowledge of TELUS services or the Canadian wireless market? Even better!
