We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and selling products or services.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Upsell products to increase revenue
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform data entry to update customer records
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
