Starting Wage: $19.00 - $24.00/ Hour

Monday - Friday (Every other Saturday)

Hours vary depending on season.

About ARG Wholesale:

ARG Wholesale, the supply chain division of GlassMasters Autoglass, is looking for energetic and hardworking delivery driver and warehouse assistant for a full-time, permanent position. This is a fast-expanding company that offers uncapped room for growth and development. We currently have retail and wholesale locations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia.

Position:

ARG is looking for an individual to fill the role as a Customer Service Representative for our Edmonton location. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, and operations as well as backend duties in the warehouse (loading/ unloading product, the occasional delivery, moving vehicles, etc.).

Responsibilities

Maintain exceptional customer service Assist management with increasing sales and profitability, meeting location KPIs Develop and maintain retail and account customer relationships Assist branch manager with sales, cost of sales and labour targets Help management with accounts receivable. Assist management with store inventory and supply levels. Assist warehouse staff with shop duties and operations. Ability to adapt and compete tasks/duties as assigned.

Occasional Warehouse Labour:

Moving product Loading trucks Warehouse cleanliness Deliveries within Edmonton area Driving1?4tontruck Driving 1?2 ton pick-up truck Driving extended cargo van

Requirements:

Valid Class 5 Driver's License with good driving record Criminal record check Availability to work weekends Solid work ethic and ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Displays a can-do attitude Provides a positive role model for all staff Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Promotes a high-performance culture by helping manager set clear expectations, and creating a strong teamenvironment Knowledge of business systems (e.g., POS, web-portals, inventory management, excel, word) Professional Appearance Ability to work long hours Post-secondary education is an asset.
