Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Kitchener, ON N2G 4X8 - Fully on-site
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: $45,000 - $47,000 (Unilingual), $50,000 (Bilingual)

Position Overview
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join a dynamic team. This is a growth-oriented role for individuals with a strong business mindset, energy, and a desire to learn. The ideal candidate is eager to take on new challenges and ready to develop their career in customer service, order management, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Process orders, adjustments, and quotations
Respond to billing questions and manage returns
Perform data entry and research to expedite customer orders
Collaborate internally to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in Order Management, Account Management, or Call Centre roles
Excellent communication skills with high energy and a positive attitude
Strong computer aptitude and willingness to learn new systems; prior CRM experience is an asset
Bilingual candidates are a plus
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Commerce, or equivalent combination of education and experience
High integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
