Our company is seeking driven, tech-savvy sales and customer service representatives with a customer-first mindset to sell our various services and provide customer service support. Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment will excel in this role. Applicants with sales/customer service experience and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications are preferred.

Our Residential Sales and Customer Service Representatives are responsible for closing sales and providing customer service support for franchises of our two brands that pay for Call Center support. We offer comprehensive training from day one and have coaches who are dedicated to your success in meeting our sales performance objectives as well as providing exceptional customer service.? ?

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Close Deals with Confidence:?Use your expertise to close deals over the phone. You'll be well-versed in our diverse range of services, tailoring your pitch to resonate with each homeowner's requirements and concerns. Advocate Our Values:?As the front line of our business, you'll not just sell services but also represent our core values of being authentic, driven, trustworthy, supportive, and pioneering. Your interactions with potential clients represent all of Happinest Brands. Skills



Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services effectively. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written in English. Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions. Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.

Compensation



Hourly rate of $19.50 plus attainable Biweekly performance bonus. Review of hourly wage after 23 months.
