Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you like working with people and have a naturally friendly disposition, you will love this job! Your main responsibilities will be to provide positive customer service, cash management, and be a new member of our awesome team.

Responsibilities and Duties

? Managing transactions using Point Of Sale

? Ensuring product pricing is accurate

? Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

? Restocking product and repackaging bulk food

? Helping customers locate product in store

? Process phone pick-up orders

? Other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills

? Minimum one year of experience in Customer Service.

? Knowledgeable of health food and dietary restrictions

? Lift up to 40 lbs as needed
