We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team for our new store Kelowna Medical Supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Store Supervisor, this position will be responsible for:
Customer Service including answering phones, responding to client inquiries and advising customers regarding product selection.
Inside sales including working with clients in our store to assist with the purchase of basic mobility and medical equipment, medical devices and Homehealth care products.
Assisting with the ordering of equipment and medical supplies
Inventory Management - Receiving and Stocking inventory
Processing rental requests for private rental of medical equipment.
Entering and processing third-party claims
Required Skills
Strong communication skills in fluent English (both verbal and written).
Experience in healthcare and/or medical equipment would be an asset
Computer skills - must be comfortable with MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and filing skills
Detailed oriented.
Must have a friendly, positive attitude and have the ability to have fun while working in a fast-paced environment.
