Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer engagement. Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries, providing assistance as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is mandatory. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills is essential for accurate transaction processing. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with technical sales concepts can be beneficial for assisting customers with product inquiries.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
