Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:



Guide new and existing customers through our services, offering in-depth and precise information through face-to-face meetings Provide exemplary customer service by following up on installations and ensuring the seamless execution of products and services Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set for the Customer Service Representatives while delivering a positive client experience Address customer inquiries with urgency, providing impactful solutions that foster retention and strengthen brand loyalty Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative team to share ideas and implement strategies that improve the customer experience and operational efficiency Collaborate with Senior Customer Service Representatives to refine new skills that contribute to the development of a cohesive and high-performing team

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:



1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is highly desirable Proven communication skills in a customer-facing role Ability to meet sales demands and exceed those goals Empathetic and professional demeanor when handling customer objections Solution-focused, with the ability to thrive in evolving environments Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,052.12-$58,000.00 per year
