Customer Service Representative, Full-Time Job Location: FFUN Collision Centre

What you’ll be doing:
  • Working with insurance partners on physical damage claims and claims processing
  • Follow up with customers to gather information, provide service updates and ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Develop and follow strategies and processes for maintaining contact with existing customers
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers upon entry
  • Processing invoices, accounts payable duties
  • Manage customer information databases
  • Setting and confirming customer appointments
