Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer support Assist drivers and dispatch with day-to-day communication and coordination Enter new transportation orders with accuracy and efficiency Problem-solve logistical issues as they arise Contact customers to confirm vehicle readiness Provide transportation quotes promptly and professionally Keep customers updated on customs and border-related requirements Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch is an asset Basic computer proficiency (email, order entry systems, etc.)
