Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Familiarity with data entry processes is a plus.
