We are a local industrial distributor covering Atlantic Canada for over 35 years. We offer premier products and solutions to customers in the metal working, heavy industrial, energy and manufacturing sectors.

We are looking for an Industrial Customer Service Team Member to join our group in Lakeville, New Brunswick.

Responsibilities and Duties

Quotations / Follow-ups / Order Tracking Purchasing / Invoicing Customer interactions via phone and email

Qualifications and Skills

Strong team player, with high customer service skills and a willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude would be an asset, but would train the right person Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal skills). Strong technological skills, (intermediate computer skills in Excel, Word and Internet). Ability to work in a fast paced environment. French/English would be an asset.
Salary is flexible depending on experience.

You should have at least 5 years experience in a fast paced environment such as customer service, purchasing, administrative roles, sales, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
