This is a
part-time winter position
(about 16 hours per week on average), with hours varying depending on the weather. On sunny days, shifts may extend up to 30 hours per week. On cold or rainy days, hours may drop to zero. For the right candidate, this role could easily turn into a
full-time summer position
as our busy season ramps up.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist with bookings, payments, and rental policies
Explain how to safely operate our electric HeyYa Carts
Answer questions and provide insider tips on Vancouver's best routes and attractions
Ensure carts are clean, charged, and ready for rentals
Drive an electric scooter to assist customers or complete quick tasks
Work primarily indoors but be comfortable handling some outdoor tasks
Handle customer inquiries and minor troubleshooting (bonus if you have mechanical or electrical skills!)
What We're Looking For
A friendly, outgoing personality--you love making people smile!
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with downtown Vancouver and surrounding areas (knowing hidden gems is a plus!)
Comfortable working in a fast-changing, weather-dependent schedule with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities
Must have a valid driver's license (Class 7 "N" is acceptable)
Comfortable driving an electric scooter
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
Bonus: Mechanical or electrical skills for basic cart maintenance
