Position Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Fountain Food & Beverages team at our

Hamilton Distribution Center

. This role is responsible for supporting our dairy manufacturing and distribution operations by serving as a primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a daily communication link between customers and internal departments to support accurate and timely product delivery Receive, document, and enter customer orders accurately, including phone and email orders Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shortages, logistics, and delivery tracking Support key customer accounts and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact customer service levels Receive and document customer and consumer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Process credits accurately and in a timely manner Forward complaints and related documentation to the Customer Service Supervisor

Qualifications & Skills

Post-secondary education with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role Previous experience in food processing, dairy, or manufacturing is considered an asset Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with ERP systems is an asset Proven ability to remain professional and exercise good judgment in high-pressure situations
