Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and records

Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or related roles; sales experience is a plus
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
