Customer Service Representative
Burlington, ON
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $21.50 - $26.00/hour
Job Duties:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, deliveries or technical issues
- Provide customer service, sales and technical product support to direct customers and distributors
- Provide suggestions regarding appropriate product application
- Receive requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, returns and cancellations directly from customers and distributors
- Manage open quotations
- Escalate/refer complaints to appropriate department for follow up
- Maintain customer database
Job Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience within an industrial / distribution environment required
- In depth knowledge of SAP, ERP, CRM systems
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
